Chef Timothy Hollingsworth

LA's Timothy Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef and restaurateur. His contemporary restaurant Otium is a globally-inspired, west-coast hotspot serving eclectic, vibrant flavors inspired by wood fire. Hollingsworth spent 13 years of his career at critically-acclaimed and three-Michelin-star-rated restaurant, The French Laundry. Recognized around the world for his culinary contributions, Hollingsworth has won awards including the Rising Star Chef Award and the Rising Star Chef of the Year Award presented by the James Beard Foundation. In 2018, he competed on the popular Netflix series, The Final Table.
